Xfinity phone

We are unable to get a line out on our phone. We can text but we cannot call. Why

Thanks for reaching out @user_yh05ob! I know just how important it is to be able to make calls. 


A couple quick questions:

Did you recently activate service with Xfinity Mobile or transfer your number to us?


Did you recently purchase or activate a new Xfinity Mobile device?

 

Are you having issues just with making calls or is the phone also having issues receiving calls?

 

A quick step you can try now:
Please restart the phone and make sure Airplane Mode is turned off. If you're receiving any error message when attempting a call, let us know exactly what it says.
