A couple quick questions:
Did you recently activate service with Xfinity Mobile or transfer your number to us?
Did you recently purchase or activate a new Xfinity Mobile device?
Are you having issues just with making calls or is the phone also having issues receiving calls?
A quick step you can try now: Please restart the phone and make sure Airplane Mode is turned off. If you're receiving any error message when attempting a call, let us know exactly what it says.
