Xfinity Phone Support said to make this post?
I spoke with representative and they informed me to leave this post with the following details for the Advance IT Team to complete.
I would like an additional IP address and I have checked my rate card and it's available.
Not a clue what a rate card is.... but I was told it is available and my device was successfully provisioned.

Hello @The_Automated_Voice, thank you for taking the time to reach out on social media. I want to help in any way I can. The rate card can be found at https://www.xfinity.com/support/rate-card/.
The next step would be to scroll down to "Xfinity Internet" and look for "Additional IP Addresses".
Please note in most areas, the option to have more than one is being phased out, and can only be offered on the Business side.
