Oh no, @user_bu0tsd. One suggestion I'd check is to Press *73. You'll hear a confirmation message that Call Forwarding has been deactivated if it had been activated on accident prior.
That did not work, This is the second time in the last couple of months I reported to Xfinity that my contacts are telling me that their calls to my number is being answered by strangers. I did not have this problem with my former phone carrier for decades
