What is Xfinity's phone number where I can talk with a live person?
You can call them at the number on your bill, 1-800-Xfinity (1-800-934-6489), or 1-800-Comcast (1-800-266-2278). But actually getting a human being on the line is no simple task. And a human being who actually knows what they are talking about? Good luck!

@BruceW Do you have any experience with dropped packets on hosts past the home ip? No one I talked to in tech support has any clue. Feel free to send me a direct message or reply to the post I made. Thanks friend.
@BruceW Thank you. Unfortunately I don't get a bill. They auto bill my checking account with an email notice with no service dates or phone number. And it's not available on their app (at least I couldn't find it)
