What is Xfinity's phone number where I can talk with a live person?

You can call them at the number on your bill, 1-800-Xfinity (1-800-934-6489), or 1-800-Comcast (1-800-266-2278). But actually getting a human being on the line is no simple task. And a human being who actually knows what they are talking about? Good luck!

@BruceW​ Do you have any experience with dropped packets on hosts past the home ip? No one I talked to in tech support has any clue.  Feel free to send me a direct message or reply to the post I made.  Thanks friend.

@BruceW​ Thank you. Unfortunately I don't get a bill. They auto bill my checking account with an email notice with no service dates or phone number. And it's not available on their app (at least I couldn't find it)

@XfinityPaula​ Tech service hasn't been able to help my internet issues.  No one on the forums has responded to my questions... how can I get real help?

Our team would be happy to help troubleshoot, ms_j! If you could please send a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”, I'd be happy to look into this with you. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.


Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message

You can read a PDF copy of your bill by logging in to https://customer.xfinity.com/#/billing. To see previous bills, scroll down to "Statement history".
