Xfinity Pedestal in backyard to be moved

Hello -

Does anyone know how to move Xfinity pedestal? There's one on the edge of my backyard feeding ~8 neighbors. The problem is every time someone has a problem with the internet someone has to come to my house. The solution, though, should be ease, since the pedestal is placed 1 foot inside my fence, and on the other side of the fence is an HOA land (which only exist to place things like this and avoid having to knock on people's door to do the maintenance). therefore, I think it should be a quick exercise to move this at least one foot North the Pedestal and speed up everyone's maintenance process.

@PauloC23 Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I can definitely understand the frustration if you have us knocking on your door to access that pedestal. We can definitely open a ticket to see if this is something we are able to do. It could be that the pedestal is located in the property easement. You can click here to learn more about the easement rights. Please send us a DM with your full name and address to get started.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
