Xfinity pass is not active

Hi Team,

I have purchased xfinity wifi pass today and my credentials are as follows :

When I try connecting device it says that CPA’s is not active

please help asap

user_tj8us9 Thanks so muhc for reaching out to us here today.  Iam sorry to hear you are having troubel with your Wi-Fi pass, have tried reaching out to our Xfinity Prepaid team at 855-757-7372. They will be able to ensure the pass has been activated properly.
