XFINITY Overseas employees hacking, stealing and selling consumer information (Emails and Network)
How can I report xfinity overseas employees that I believe are working overtime stealing it’s company paying customers information to sell to third party companies? I believe the employees have hacked my network and are STEALING and SELLING our information? I called 6/14/2024 and after the call ended(they didn’t assist me in any way by the way) I received a suspicious email with threats requesting $1500 to be sent to them. it is now August 4th and the issue hasn’t been resolved BUT something suspicious did occur again after my call today. After the phone call ended my emails were then marked as UNREAD.
I tried calling back to report this and I was transferred to a Spanish representative when I request a US based Representative. not only is comcast xfinity unhelpful, a fraud but also discriminating to their paying customers. I will be reporting to better business bureau.

Good afternoon user614 this certainly does sound like a harrowing experience, and not the experience we'd ever want for you as a valued customer. If you feel that you've been the target of possible fraud, please reach out to our Comcast Customer Security Assurance Team.
The Customer Security Assurance organization has been established to ensure a safe and secure online experience for Comcast customers. This team is a dedicated group of security professionals who respond to issues pertaining to phishing, spam, infected computers (commonly referred to as bots), online fraud, and other security issues.
