Xfinity Outside Cable Box on Side of House
Hello, when I moved into my new house several months ago, Xfinity had to come out and bury the cable line underground to establish service. I live in a townhouse complex, and all of my other neighbors have a plastic Xfinity box concealing the wires on the side of their house. I have called, called, called, and called time and again and cannot seem to get this resolved. What gives? Please help.
