Xfinity outside cable box damage from leaking water

We need help getting someone from Comcast/Xfinity to fix our open cable holding box with exposed wires, approx. 2' x 3', and cables outside the building that is leaking water into the lower level utility wall 2 floors below. Our condo is on a hillside. The open cable box with metal lid has many cables that funnel down a tube, down through the earth in the hillside and resurfaces on the bottom level of the hillside into an outside, covered utility wall on the 1st floor porch of the condo.  Apparently water that leaches into the upper outside box and cables, flows down the cables to the outlet tube and is flooding areas of the electrical utility wall on the 1st floor. Someone needs to fix that leaking so the Xfinity cables aren't sitting in water and then the leaking will stop.  We suspect the water is damaging the cables and tubing.

Greetings @franndr. Thank you for the detailed message and commenting here on the Xfinity forums! Oh my goodness, I know I'd be reaching out too if that happened in my home. Are you experiencing issues with your Xfinity services? Had you or your condo contacted anyone to have a closer look at that leak? I understand you mentioned someone needing to fix that leak so that the cables are not compromised in any way.

Yes, we have had an electrician, a plumber, a contractor, and we also called 811 and spoke to a county representative about about cable lines, and they said they couldn't help us and the problem is with xfinity and they need to be contacted. I contacted xfinity on January 17th ticket [Edited: "Personal Information"]  And nothing was done And it was closed. We need xfinity to fix this before the the water destroys the cables. Our service is running now, but we don't know if it will keep going

Thank you for the detailed response! I'm happy to learn that you're services are working well and we'll do everything we can to keep it that way. I understand you had mentioned a leak that might interfere with the Comcast outside cable box. Is the Comcast equipment damaged or not working properly? We can help send an expert Xfinity technician to take a closer look. Based on what you had mentioned it seems as though the leak of water in the building which is getting on the Comcast equipment is what you'd like repaired, is that right?

No, that is not right. There is NO LEAK OF WATER IN OUR BUILDING.  Our building is on a hillside, and the earth holds quite a bit of water in the hillside soil.  That water in the local hillside appears to be leaching into the Xfinity cables, as if a seal or something is broken on the tubing surrounding the cables.  The outdoor cement cable box has a dirt bottom. We even had a plumber look things over.  Queen Anne hill has a high water content in its soil.  The tube holding the comcast cables seems to leak when it rains, as there is more water then on the hillside earth that the cables are partially buried in.  We need Comcast to look at the outdoor large cable box, inspect the large tubing that goes from the outdoor cable box down through the earth two floors, and comes out to the Comcast cable box on the utility wall on the 1st floor covered porch.  Water drips out of that tubing onto the utility wall.  Please send someone out and fix.

There is no leak in our building.  No burst pipes, everything has been checked out.  The water is leaching from the soil into the Comcast cables tubing (that covers all the cables).

What is the email address of Xfinity support? Do I need to retell the problem, how will they know what to do when I mention my name?
