Xfinity Outages

It's is going in week 3 and Xfinity has been enhancing the service in my area which is fine , the issue im having is that they said week 1 it will take a day which it took majority of the day, I am a at home worker and now it's going g on the 3rd  week and they are interrupting service during the time I'm at work and they're issue has not been resolved .The interruption are affecting my ability to work now which is a major inconvenience for myself and family . The enhancing should have been done on weekends when less usage in consideration that people work Monday through Friday from home
