Xfinity Outage

Xfinity services have been down since yesterday, July 5th at 5:30pm and were supposed to be restored at 8:20pm but no service has been recovered. My power never went out and neither did any of me neighbors. I have tried to get updates with no success and am being denied to ability to speak with a human representative. The 1-800 number not even hung up on me. What is being done for outages and how can I receive reliable updates?

Thank you for taking the time to post on our Community Forum, @user_pwfdwt! I apologize you are experiencing service interruption. I know how important it is to have a fast, reliable internet connection.

Service interruptions can be tracked using our Status Center and/or through the Xfinity App over a cellular data connection.

In some instances an ETA may not be available, but you can set up notifications by text to alert you as information becomes available.
