Xfinity Outage
Xfinity is not what it used to be. This is the second time in 2 weeks that my Xfinity services have been down for an entire day and I am officially angry. The estimated repair time has gotten later as the day has gone on, too. This comes on top of an increasing number of short term outages the have been occurring more frequently at my house for unknown reasons. This is occurring across multiple neighborhoods in my area, so it's not an issue with connectivity at my house. This is beyond unacceptable. I'm also now having to pay more money on my cell phone bill because of the outage since I've gone over my monthly data limit today due to not being able to connect to my wifi today and on 3/11/26. I have to work so I have no choice. I have been with Xfinity for over 20 years and even though my bill is disgustingly high and they give no customer loyalty discounts, I've stayed with them because their service was reliable. I am now going to be shopping for a new carrier for my internet, tv, and phone.
