Xfinity outage

My service has been out for over a week and I’m concerned. I have been a customer for a very long time and I have never been without service this long. Is the system that bad? I used to work for the company in 2000, and we never had any issues that caused our customers to lose service this long. I’m now searching for another ISP.

Hello, @user_d8e766 I hope overall your Monday has been a good one! I know not having service doesn't help things. It's not typical to have a long interruption like this. In this rare moments repairs tend to be extensive. Are you watching the pending work in the Xfinity app? If the app communicates service will be restored as soon as possible, this will update once techs can provide more details.
