Xfinity Orange Cable in Backyard

For the past month and a half I have been lied to. On March 29 a technician came to my house and installed our Wi-Fi. Which was awesome. He put an orange cord in our back yard and told me a crew would come in the next couple of days to put it in the ground. A few days went buy and I thought that maybe there were delayed. It is now May 17 and the cord is still sitting there. I called this previous Sunday and one of your agents told me that they will ground the cord and will be there anytime from 8am10am. So I took a day off of work to wait and make sure they came and got it done. Around 11am they were not here. I messaged a live agent and they told me that they would be here in 30 minutes to get the cord grounded. And guess what they did not show up at all. So then I called in at 5. I was furious that I have been lied to. The agent told me that they outsource this work and that they get it done within 14 days of a request. It has now been 49 days. Not only is this in my backyard but also in the backyard of my neighbors. Our HOA has been emailing me constantly to get this done but I can't seem to find an answer. So yes I gave it a 0 and will not be a customer of Xfinity. Your new motto should be Over Promise Under Deliver.
