Xfinity Online Customer Service

I HATE EVERYTHING ABOUT IT. I finally got through with what seemed like a real person, was chatting for almost an hour and then got disconnected. Then a bot is giving me the same useless options over and over again. Only chat with a Xfinity assistant if you want a mental breakdown, not if you want actual assistance….

I am not going through this again, I will lose my mind. I have no faith that you will be any more help than the first one.

i will be going in to a store. I feel horrible for the people who work there, I am sure they have to deal with a lot of unnecessary stress because of the TERRIBLE online services.

It's also a great place for community assistance as well, you can search for related issues to see if others have contacted us for similar issues and if there is a resolution on their post.
