Xfinity online “agents”

These “agents” can’t ever figure out my issue, neither can the technicians or senior technicians. 2 and a half years later and still no fix, how could yall let this happen? Who’s in charger to let this happen?

There’s always a speed drop from 6pm-12am, makes the internet unusable. I feel like each technician that comes always says they can fix it but they never can.
