Xfinity - one of the worst companies to ever exist

Xfinity, by FAR, has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my entire life. You cannot get in touch with a live agent over chat. They try to force everything through automated chats and an automated phone bot, and not ONCE have they ever actually been helpful. You cannot bypass the Xfinity Chatbot to speak to an agent unless you sign into your account. However, Xfinity DELETED two of my accounts WITHOUT TELLING ME or WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I had many social media accounts and softwares connected to these email addresses, and now I no longer have access to any of them because I cannot reset my password or have a code sent to these Xfinity emails. It took me nearly an hour to get in touch with a live person, and I can only do so through text message. The agent I received was one of the most incompetent people I have ever dealt with - completely ignoring what I needed help with, making unrelated and unhelpful suggestions, and then proceeding to tell me they need to schedule a callback for me, but then are confused when I asked when to expect a callback and did not remember that THEY just suggested to give me a call back. They said they scheduled a callback, which they did not. I have to request again. Finally, they schedule another one saying I'll receive a callback within 5 mins. It took almost 30 mins, and once I finally got on the phone, the new agent I was dealing with also made unrelated and unhelpful suggestions. When I finally got her to understand my problem, she said, "Okay, let me look into this for you" and then HUNG UP! I still have not gotten a call back and now have no way to contact Xfinity despite spending hours of my time trying to resolve this issue. Xfinity is THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH; THIS IS NOT AN EXAGGERATION.
