Xfinity offered me a credit with a confirmation code and now won't give me the credit
After an hour on the phone with a customer rep, and approval by his supervisor, I was offered a $50 account credit with a confirmation code. It was supposed to be on my account by April 14. It is still not on my account.
I called about it this weekend and was told that they would not give me the approved credit. The offer was made and should be given as promised.
