I want to cancel my Xfinity now service and get the $10 refunded back because it is now working at my home anymore

user_uf4wkc Thanks for reaching out! The NOW Internet service is supported directly from the NOW website. You should be able to sign in there to access your NOW Internet account, or speak to a NOW Internet agent via the Xfinity Assistant.
