Xfinity Now

I paid for the Xfinity now pair a day ago. My phone is hooked up to it. I tried to add my fire stick using my email address and my phone number and it’s saying that an active pass was not found. Please check your information and try again. So I tried to order a new pass and it’s saying that one is already active? What’s going on
