Xfinity now

Xfinity rarely works on my phone properly sometimes it  will work without issue but other times it will stop working and disappear from the list of networks completely, other times when im outside it never works at all, it disconnects and reconnects, disappears randomly and just doesn't work, honestly this is such a scam, why are yall charging for this [Edited: Language]?
