Xfinity Now

All of a sudden one of two tablets stopped connecting its stuck on obtaining IP Address, Save,  and IP Configuration failure. Over and over with no "Sign In Required" so I'm stuck for three days now  no one can help me.

Hello, user_0zs4bq thank you for taking time to reach out over Xfinity Forums for support. You've contacted the right place for assistance in regard to the connectivity is for the second device, and I would like to investigate further. Now internet can support 2 devices, and wanted to confirm both should be able to connect to the network. 

It sounds like you have already tried troubleshooting, and know you may have already attempted this step. Was the second device removed from the network, and then reattempted to connect: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/manage-wifi-devices-my-account ?
