Xfinity Now Won't Work Randomly

No, your chat feature does not help. It does not know what "xfinity now" even is. I am literally using Xfinity Now wifi on my phone as .y computer connected to the same wifi has no internet. It was working fine on it two hours ago. Is there literally any actual human being that is not a useless AI "tool" that can actually assist with this? I don't have any other devices connected and am allowed to have up to two at a time, it doesnt even work when I disconnect my phone.
