Xfinity Now StreamSaver activation

I signed up for StreamSaver for Netflix, Peacock and Apple TV+ and I am not able to activate it.  I have not received an email and no way to do it in my account.  I have tried links I have found below and they don't work saying I am not eligible to StreamSaver even though it says pending activation on my account.  I have tried calling, messenger support, and assistant chat and no one is able to help me.  Since I can't activate service I tried cancelling it and it will not let me do that either.  Please Help

user_lr5jsa, Thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support. I am sorry to hear you have been having an issue getting this set up. I would first make sure your order has been set up. You may end up getting three separate emails, one from Netflix, Peacock, and Apple TV. It might be in your spam folder. We are here to help, so let us know if this doesn't work.

I didn't receive any of the emails and have double checked my spam folder.  When I click on links I have found online I get the below error and links I have tried are below.  I have also gotten a message saying - We’re sorry, your account isn’t eligible for this Peacock offer.

You will receive an email with activation instructions where you can easily activate and manage each of your streaming subscriptions:

  1. Click Activate now from the email you receive or visit xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions.

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
