Xfinity NOW Scammers in India

I was SCAMMED by an Xfinity NOW rep in India, who said: "Oh, you would like 2 new lines?" to which I said "NO!" 

They created two new lines, charged me for them, and never resolved what I phoned for: to transfer my 3 lines (and numbers) back to Xfinity Mobile plan.
