Xfinity now prepaid WiFi
I paid my bill 2/17/26 at 9:13pm. No WiFi still. Was told if I paid again that I’d be refunded and my services would be automatically restored. So I paid again another $30 this morning and not only do I still NOT have any WiFi. But now I’m out $60. This is ROBBERY!!!

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
