Xfinity NOW --- No, Xfinity NEVER!!
Xfinity NOW lacks proper customer service and internal controls to protect your phone lines. I was the victim of fraud by an agent who created two new lines in my name, and never resolved the actual thing I phoned for.
As a result, I waited 15 hours on hold and had over 20 phone calls with Xfinity. Only to be told: Xfinity NOW agents are not replying to our internal instant messages. They do not have direct internal communication between Customer Service and Xfinity NOW techs. And the techs are overwhelmed with complaints!!!
DO NOT try Xfinity NOW. It is a disaster.
