Xfinity Now Nightmare

I've been having a nightmare of a time with Xfinity Now. Preface this by saying I am a graduate student and do NOT have the hours and hours of free time I've been using to try to fix this. But here we are, I need the cheap internet. 

I had Xfinity now service at my old place and I moved. So I canceled it and tried to set it up at the new apt. Charged me 30 bucks and heard nothing for 8 days. No confirmation, no shipping, no email, nothing. Also, I should note that Xfinity now won't let me chat to them at this point because I'm not an "active" customer. At that point I opened a credit card complaint to try to get my money back. I figured their end might have issues. Then, out of nowhere, a box shows up and I set up the Wi-Fi. This is 10 days after initial purchase. I set it up and it finally works. Happy! Also nervous that my cc complaint might go through and kick me off. The next day, it's gone. My account says I'm not currently with Xfinity. So, like the genius I am, I just reordered Xfinity now on that account. Box shows up 1 day later. Plug in the router, nothing. I chat to them, I'm told to call. I call, I'm told to chat. It's a merry go round of a circle. Nobody I talk to or chat to actually works with infinity now. 

after a two hour phone call, still no solutions and no Wi-Fi, and I'm told to chat again. Also, the app says I don't have any services, again. Feeling frustrated because I want to be a paying customer but it's just not working. I have to routers, I've lost money, and still no internet. Any advice is appreciated.

I apologize this has been going back and forth when you need this fixed. We never want that. It is correct that we have a dedicated team for the NOW service. thank you for your response. I can assure you that the chat does NOT get me to a "now" employee. Every time I chat they claim they are NOT from NOW internet. Can you explain this to me?
