XFINITY NOW MOBILE IS A SCAM ITS NOT LETTING ME CANCEL MY SERVICES

I am explicitly revoking authorization for all future automatic payments for my NOW Mobile services. I am attempting to cancel ALL of my NOW Mobile lines and stop all future renewals. Your NOW Portal is malfunctioning: both “Cancel service” and “Turn off autopay” return errors. I have screenshots documenting this. Please escalate this as a technical/account issue and document on my account that I requested cancellation and revoked authorization for future automatic payments before the September 11 renewal date.

Greetings, @danielagonzalez! Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your NOW Mobile account, and I want to ensure you’re able to get in touch with someone who can help get this resolved.

Our access to the NOW Mobile system is fairly limited here, I'm sorry to say. We can always help with Wi-Fi and troubleshooting issues, but we don't have access to view customer accounts or make billing changes. All of that needs to be done through the NOW Portal at https://customer.xfinity.com/now.

Can you please tell me a little more about what is happening when you try to utilize the NOW Portal? You mentioned it was malfunctioning. Does that happen after you log in, or is it preventing you from logging in completely? Have you tried using a different browser, different device, or an incognito browser window, to see if that would help?

I’ve tried every suggestion above multiple times, including incognito/private browsing, and I still get the exact same error. I also cannot turn off AutoPay for the same reason.

This is getting extremely frustrating. I’ve already switched to T-Mobile, I do not want this service anymore, and I’ve made repeated attempts to cancel it. Phone support says they can’t cancel it because it has to be done online, yet Xfinity’s own website will not let me cancel it.

At this point, I just need someone from Xfinity to actually cancel the service and stop any future charges.
