Xfinity NOW Mobile is a JOKE

Just as my description says the Xfinity NOW mobile is just that. I have it and I hate it, I should have never left my other carrier.  Why would you start a company and take on customers without having any support in place for problems that you know are b going to occur.

 My husbands line is paused and I got on the app to pay it only to find that when I went to update my payment method it took me to the next page and instead of seeing all my information it was wanting me to start a new NOW Mobile Service. 

  When I went back to my page I tried to click on make payment option and when I did it told me that I did not have any NOW Mobile Devices.  Clearly I can see them on my page but i can't so anything with them.

 So I get on the Xfinity Assistant chat and requested to speak to an agent so I can address the issues.  The agent said he had fixed everything  and that my husbands phone was on he just had to reset it in 30 mind. 

 Of course the phone was still off after 30 min so I get back on the chat requested to speak to another agent and this time I got lucky because she knew what she was doing.  She found that the other agent had made a duplicate account and put it in the Xfinity mobile part and not the NOW mobile part but he attached the 2 accounts and that was were the problems started.

 All this being said the reason all of this was so important for me is because mt husband is a commercial fisherman and right now he is working in the Atlantic and Gulf Coasts WITHOUT A PHONE!!

 THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND I  NEED THIS FIXED LIKE YESTERDAY.   The agent said it is going to be a few days before everything is fixed, We can not go a few days with no phone for him. Xfinity dod not even offer me another temporary phone until his is fixed.

 With all the money this company is charging it's customers I would say getting my husband a temporary phone should not be a big deal. This is my family and if anything happens to him while out crabbing I  am going to hold Xfinity personally responsible for it.

 I am going to call Channel 4 and Channel 12 news and tell them this entire situation,  I am going to contact the BBB and tell them what happened,  I will let EVERYONE ELSE know what's happening because all I wanted to do was pay my husband's NOW Mobile Service and now everything is [Edited: "Language"] up and he is out of a phone working in the ocean!
