Xfinity NOW keep getting paper bill for $0.00

I have Xfinity NOW internet only and Xfinity NOW mobile. Every month I have been getting a Paper bill in the mail for $0.00 and this seems like a waste of paper. Can I go paperless even though this is a prepaid service? I believe the mobile and internet are seperate accounts since I get seperate emails stating that my account is good to good for the month, so why the paper bill? all it has is my account number and your bill at a glance which states Previous balance $0.00/Payments $0.00/Balance forward $0.00 but does not state which services they are.

Thanks for taking the time to post on our Xfinity Forums, @bha19! You can manage your Now Internet and Now Mobile services, including billing options, using the Now Portal. Let us know if there is any other questions or concerns we can address.

How do I go paperless billing on NOW portal? I cant find link. Even when you sign up for NOW it says requires paperless billing. Also this might have something to do with the account I had before switching to NOW, but under the account the only active service under broadband facts is my NOW service. Every time I ask about deleting old accounts, Xfinity tells me they like to keep them on file and wont delete them as I have 2 accounts listed when I goto my account page(it asks me which account do I want to look at).

bha19 When signing up for NOW services it would have put the email you used when ordering for the paperless billing. We don't delete old accounts for our records, but you can unlink your login from the older account if you like to remove it from the account you access when you log in. This will walk you through how to unlink your login from the old account https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/switching-between-multiple-accounts. Hope this information helps, and we are happy to assist with any other questions or concerns you may have.

bha19 If it didn't set it up automatically when signing up for the NOW service these would be the steps to set it up manually.
To set up paperless billing for NOW, follow these steps:

**Through your account online:**
  1. Sign in with your Xfinity ID and password.
  2. Click **Billing & Pay**, then select **Manage Paperless Billing**.
  3. Click **Turn On**.

**Through the Xfinity app:**
  1. Open the Xfinity app and log in.
  2. Tap the **Account** tab.
  3. Select **Bill details**, then **Bill settings**.
  4. Choose **Paperless billing** and follow the prompts to turn it on.

When I go to billing and payments manage paperless billing it syas you dont have Xfinity services. Same thing when I go to manage accounts. When I first log into Xfinity it asks me to choose between two accounts with radio buttons next to them. If I click the top radio button it says you do not have any services. If I click the bottom radio button it takes me to Xfinity but when I go to Xfinity ID and security it says you dont have Xfinity services. My account is prepaid as I said above, so thee is no way to remove an account that I do not want to see.
