Xfinity NOW Internet not working, support is very little help
So my Xfinity NOW bill was due the evening of the 20th, and I paid it manually with my card when it was momentarily suspended because the old card wasn't working. I have not been able to access my own Internet service since. It never came back online, the app and website both claim my service is paused while the my account page says the opposite, and so does everything apparently on the ends of the techs. I've chatted with customer service 6-8 times and got a different answer, different solution that never worked, each time. I thought maybe it was just because it was the weekend only to find out Xfinity is open 7 days a week. My payment went through, I'm out my last $30 for wifi that isn't working, support that is struggling to even provide basic contact about/solve my service issues, and the online work I do from home is suffering because I have no connection. I'm getting desperate for a solution, and this close to asking for a refund and never coming back to Xfinity, period. I need any kind of help that anyone can provide me.

Thanks for taking the time to post on our community forums, user_y91luy! I'm sorry to hear you're running into issues using your NOW Internet service! Our team's access when it comes to NOW Internet is very limited and usually have to defer to the NOW Support page for assistance. That said, if the support page hasn't done the trick, we can absolutely take a look to see what we can find on our end. If so, please send us a direct message with your full name, name on the account (if different), and service address, and we'll dig in!
To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a live chat.
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3J0ir1l
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send
