Xfinity now hotspot

I’ve been paying for & using the xfinity now hotspot for a while now but recently it says unsecured network & won’t allow me to connect I payed for it & can’t use it .  I’ve tried everything please help

Unfortunately, our team and community here on this platform are unable to provide support for these passes. I do want to make sure you receive assistance though. I would recommend contacting our dedicated team, and the phone number is listed on the purchase receipt in your email.

I also have purchase in the Xfinity Wi-Fi now pass and unable to use mine also.  
Unfortunately, it says that the fees paid are not refundable. Xfinity knows that there is a problem with the passes so I think that all should be refunded or we should be able to use them in the future even if the time limit has expired until they get the problem fixed.

We have limited access to Prepaid accounts on this platform and are unable to address payment for services. You can reach the prepaid dedicated customer care team Xfinity Prepaid Internet service at 855-75-PREPAID. 1-855-757-7372.
