Xfinity now has stolen my money

I cancelled services with Xfinity now because the internet service was never working. They still charged my card 2 times after I cancelled services I had to put a lock on my card to keep them from charging me. I asked for a refund and they said they don’t do refunds that I have to dispute it with my bank such a big inconvenience.
