Xfinity now has no customer service and I need help moving my service

Your AI and Phone system did everything it could to prevent me from getting a human on the phone. Your app on desktop isn't even working to check to see if my new address can have service. 

I gotta say when I was sold this service I had no idea it was the prepaid and you have literally zero customer service except a stupid AI chat bot.
