Xfinity NOW [Edited: "Language"]

I signed up for Xfinity's new NOW wifi service, which at first was only half bad, and since I received the $10 half off deal I guess it balanced out. But 2 weeks I constantly get booted off the wifi connection on my phone and then can't sign back in for hours if not days, my tv won't connect at all anymore, like ever... When I signed up it said I was allowed to connect two devices,  I chose my phone and my television, it's basic mathematics but 1 phone and 1 TV equals 2 devices however service on 1 device half of the time equals 10× the [Edited: "Language"] service!!!!  Thank you Xfinity for once again offering a service or product which is not as represented and not worth the cost. I was until recently a 35+ yr customer of Xfinity but the constant increases for 

service price, the completely unreliable quality of service, the blatant lies and upselling tactics of customer service agents as well as questionable, [Edited: "Language"] of Xfinity in regards to it's misrepresentation of service cost and hidden fees, taxes I finally had enough and cancelled all my services including Xfinity mobile. It was only out of sheer desperation that I caved in and signed up for the NOW wifi service which of course I completely regret. For those keeping track during my 35+yrs with Comcast (Xfinity or whatever name they may try to hide behind) I paid over $113,000 dollars and for all that money and customer loyalty in the end I got cast aside like a [Edited: "Language"] ( or more accurately quality service and little honesty and respect)
