Xfinity NOW duplicate billing

I moved addresses and needed new Internet at the new address. I navigated to set up new service and entered the address for the new address, but instead it set up a second service to my old address. How can I fix this issue and get Internet at my new address?

Hi user_1fd0i4, we appreciate you stopping by the community forums for support! You may need to cancel both accounts at the old address before trying to sign up at the new one.

Per the NOW Internet FAQ page:
I’m moving. How can I move my NOW Internet service?
If you’re moving, you’ll need to disconnect your existing NOW Internet account, then sign up for a new account at your new address. This can be through your NOW Portal or by visiting an Xfinity Retail Store.
