Xfinity NOW cable is cut out on the pole

I will be getting Xfinity NOW Internet next week. The modem is on the way, but I can see that the cable to my house is cut on the pole across the street. What do I need to do or who should I call so that I will be able to activate my new service?

user_4sl5sf Thank you so much for reaching out for help with your NOW services and the line to your home. Thank you for letting us know. With the NOW services most support options are not able to access your account information to assist.  To get any support for your NOW services you would need to use the Xfinity assistant. Since your account is not yet active you may need to wait till you receive your modem to report the issue using the Xfinity assistant with the basic troubleshooting. The Xfinity assistant and the troubleshooting options will detect you do not have a signal to your device and will provide additional support options from there.
