Xfinity Now available to non mobile customers

Is xfinity NOW internet available to me if I do not have and do not want xfinity mobile.  I have and would like to cancel my xfinity tv and internet

Good evening @user_7eolnm! Now Internet does not require our Xfinity Mobile or our Now Mobile services. It does require a removing all other services on the account in order to downgrade to Now Internet. Another eligibility requirement is not having Bulk Video, Bulk Internet, Managed WiFi or WiFi Ready services. For more information on our Now Internet, we have this link here.

 

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely assist with downgrading your services to Now Internet. To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

 

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
