Xfinity not servicing until July 22

Xfinity is not actively seeking out solutions to re-enable service in the Bellaire/Meyerland area. Spoke to a tech who was lounging in his truck in the Meyerland Plaza last evening. He claims he was instructed to station himself there to make sure it appeared that xfinity was in the area. There are no service units dispatched nor were there any apparent plans to do so until July 22. He was very professional and empathetic but it was clear he was as frustrated as I was.
