Xfinity not recognizing my new construction address

Hi,

I just had a house built. When I put my address into the availability checker it says "not available in my area." If I put it my next door neighbors address then magically it is available. My neighbors house in 30 ft from mine so quite literally next door. How do I go about getting Xfinity to recognize this so I can take transfer my internet service?
