Xfinity not playing

On my main television, it has a great picture for the guide and Screensaver however when I try and watch my television change a channel, it says oops something went wrong. Our experts are working on it. All the other televisions in our house work fine the DVR streams no problem to my laptop

Thanks for reaching out to us,  we do apologize for any inconvenience you're having with your TV services. This link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/tv-troubleshoot-xfinity-app  has great information on how to fix your TV services via our awesome Xfinity app.

 

 I also recommend unplugging the power cable from the back of your TV box for 30 seconds and plugging it back in, this is something I do when I have issues with my TV services not working as they should be. Let me know if this information is helpful in getting your TV service working correctly.
