Xfinity no show to my appointment

Technician did not show to my scheduled appointment.  I took off work to be home and they skipped me entirely and rescheduled for another day automatically without even asking if the date would work.  No human spoke to me about any of the above. I already had to wait a week for my services to work properly together. Now I have to wait more time. Id like a credit for my services not functioning properly for about 2 weeks and for them skipping me entirely on my scheduled appointment.

Hi, @user_82vo6k! I am sorry to hear that the technician was unable to make it to your visit today. I completely understand that is frustrating to go through and not something we want happening.
