Xfinity new service
Why when I ordered new service for wifi only did they tie my sons service to mine? My son moved out and now they will disconnect my service unless he pays his bill. The worst part is that they waited until I received my new modem and connected everything to tell me that I have 24 hrs before they disconnect my service. This sounds like a very unfair practice to me especially since I did what I thought was the responsible thing by reducing the service to what I could afford.
