Xfinity new plan Amazon gift card

I saw online a promotion for first time customers of a 200 Amazon gift card.  I signed up for the 300mbps service and didn’t get any info on the gift card.  Where can I go to redeem it?

You do not get a giftcard with the 300 plan. You only get it with the 1000mbps+ plans. 100 giftcard for the 500mbps.

Hello! I also have not recieved my Amazon ift card and it has been 3, almost 4 weeks since I have activated my Internet. I haven't even gotten a email confirmation on it as well. I signed up for the 2000 Mbps plan. Please help. I might just go in store if this persists. Thank you!
