Xfinity Netflix bundle

I bundled Netflix however  Netflix  was not updated so not only have I paid for it here Netflix has also charged me  6.99 for service  and are stating  no notification of bundle to them

Hey there, @user_7drike. How did you add Netflix to your account through Xfinity? Was it through our newest streaming plan called StreamSaver or was it originally included in Xfinity TV service plan? Netflix was included in our Super Triple and Double Play bundled services but we haven't offered those kind of plans for a few years now. If you've recently updated your Xfinity services, that would have terminated the free service included in your old plan which would explain the reason why you're seeing a charge for the service. I would strongly recommend checking our Netflix FAQs for additional information on the service and how we bill for that service.
