Xfinity Monthly Billing Request Adjustment
I have contacted and spoken to many different Xfinity Customer Service Representatives (mostly thru live chat) to see when my monthly Xfinity billing charges would be adjusted and corrected since November 2025 (at which time I was offered a much lower monthly cost). My previous contract expired shortly before then. I was provided the following ticket number (1002248835652075) as a reference to the agreed upon "modified" monthly service contract. I have received zero results and satisfaction with the various Customer Service Representatives I have been in contact with.
