Xfinity Mobile

Just activated my ESIM and I cannot make or receive a phone call and apparently there's no way to get a person on the phone to help me

Thanks for reaching out @user_8sa3ry! I can completely understand how frustrating this is, especially after activating your eSIM and finding that you can't make or receive calls. This sounds like a mobile activation or provisioning issue, where the eSIM may not have fully completed activation on the network.

 

For troubleshooting purposes, please restart the phone and make sure Airplane Mode is turned off. Also, please let us know:

  • Did you recently port/transfer a number to Xfinity Mobile?
  • Is this a new Xfinity Mobile device or are you bringing your own device?
  • Can you use mobile data and send/receive texts, or are all cellular services affected?

I have restarted my phone multiple times. I can use data but I'm struggling to send texts 

This is my existing device by just moved this number to Xfinity Mobile

I'm also currently at home on Wi-Fi, but I was able to navigate home so I know that I have some kind of data that's working

To clarify I installed the esim when I was not home I used The Waze app to navigate home
