Thank you for reaching out @user_a301j7 I would be concerned as well if I was paying for a service I did not have. The best course of action, in this case, would actually be to report this to our Customer Security Assurance. You can contact them calling CSA directly at Toll-Free Number: 1-888-565-4329.
