X-FINITY MOBILE stole my money

Xfinity mobile stole my money! First of all, I don't even have a mobile account with them. I only have an internetaccount. They said that they sent me an iPad. If they did it was refused because I never receive it or accepted it. They have charged me $405.84 for something I never even asked for and don't have. I have been fighting this and trying to get my money back since March 2025..more than a year now and I haven't seen anything yet. Everytime I call them, they assure me it will get resolved. Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window   
Press Enter to send it
